The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics (DARE) is actively involved in teaching, research, and community outreach through our undergraduate, graduate, and Cooperative Extension programs.
Our faculty of 17, plus 4 special assistant professor appointments, have broad experience in agricultural economics and marketing, natural resource and environmental economics, and development economics. Our faculty members have worked in Colorado, the United States, and around the globe, contributing to our domestic and international reputation for excellence in teaching, extension, and research.
